Smirisary is a stunning location on the West coast of Scotland and can be approached from the Fort William to Mallaig road. The nearest train station is at Lochailort and there is a local bus service run by Shiel Buses.

From Fort William:

Heading west from Fort William to Mallaig take the A830 for approximately 26 miles, turn left at Lochailort sign posted Strontian. After approximately 8 miles at Glenuig take the right hand turn and follow the road for approximately 1.5 miles where you arrive at Smirisary.
